Night Heater

Some time next year I am going to be brave and spend the night in the MP. ? Now do I hook up as a trial to the mains in my garage with an electric heater plugged into the socket, or going forward invest into a night heater, whatever or however that works. Please advise me. Many Thanks in advance. Dozy Dave.

Andofire is correct, get one of these installed.
That's what most people have. A heater plugged into the socket running all night sounds dangerous to me.

I like dangerous, thats why I married The Wife. Dozy Devon Dave.

Using good pyjamas, quality sleeping bags, and running the diesel heater before bed and upon waking works well. Of course, it's colder if you leave the pop-up roof open, so we have installed insulators for that. We sleep comfortably overnight on ski slope car parks even in temperatures of -5 to- 10°c. (2 adults, 2 kids, and a dog)

Spent a bit of time evaluating market and reviews of products from Chinese to Eberspacher/Webasto. Subsequently, I’ve just ordered Autoterm 2D. with comfort control unit. For our 2018 MP £1000 included fitting by local registered fitter in Chesterfield. Fits internally under passenger seat with access to the Leisure battery. Intake and exhaust through the floor.
