USB and 12V sockets dead, is this normal ?

In my Marco Polo out of 2017 I have under my dash 2xUSB Socket and 1x 12V Powersocket. Next to my Kitchen 2xUSB and next to my rear bench 1x 12V Powersocket.
When I am on the Camping, the engine is shut off and with the 220V plugged into my car ; every socket is dead ie has no 5 or 12V.
Is this normal that every socket in this senario is dead ????

I have the same, and it is a stupid situation because theb you have the need to use them !!

No this is not normal.
When connected to 230v all of our USB’s work as normal.

On our MP (Sept 2017) the 12V socket next to the rear seat on the door side always works regardless of the engine running, or being plugged into the mains.

It seems it is normal. mercedes did not think about it. You will need it as soon as you stop the car , not while driving. But................. The following thing should be the matter.
1) all the sockets have power when driving.
2) All the sockets should have power when on 220V
3) All the sockets sould have power when stop the engine, , then switch the enginge key 1 step forward.
This in sofar wI can understand from a talk with mercedes ....... and .... it works !!!!!!
