To buy or not to buy, that is the question...

Hello all,
The Missus and I have been prevaricating for a few years on whether to sell our children and buy a VW or a MP.
We are still at the rather pleasant renting and testing stage. But the children are getting older and less marketable so we had better get a move on. I must say we are leaning towards the Benz.

I just can't get those early syphilitic rusty Vitos out of my mind.

I'm pretty sure the rust issues weren't just on the Vito.

The problem was caused my the paints being used by Mercedes as it plagued C and E classes as well.
