For those thinking about a bike rack - I have the tow bar fixed Thule XT3 . It’s a tight fit but works with the tailgate. Fitted and supplied by Big bear in Oundle Northants.

I went for the Atera Strava 3 and it is the same. Allows enough room to clear for the tailgate to operate.......but only just!
