Tear in Pop up roof

Hi… has anyone had an issue with a tear in the pop roof sides, probably from snagging on the mechanism, to say least not impressed. We have only used it twice and this has happened and we take such care. I have email to see what response Mercedes come back with. Also when putting the seats back to create lower bed the motor seems to overrun for a bit once they are flat has anyone else had this and is it normal or an issue to be concerned about. When you say the motor overruns are you sure what you are hearing is not the pump that is adjusting the air in the seat cushion?
On mine this often continues after the recline position has completed.

Mmmm that could be it did not realise it does this automatically
