Sink tap and shower not working

Hi...... My sink tap and shower have suddenly stopped working. I always drain the tanks after each trip and recently re-filled the fresh water and neither the sink tap or shower is working. Their isn't any noise either from the pump. I've checked the fuses and they all appear fine.

Any advice will be appreciated.

There are threads on here with pump issues, one that comes to mind is the tap on whilst no water in the tank causes the pump to fail.
