Sat Nav System!?

Hi, can anyone help us please?
The volume on our sat nav is so hard to hear & somehow is getting quieter & I’ve looked through the instructions & can’t find how to rectify this!
Any help will be much appreciated

Without knowing your model, year, and satnav version and without wishing to sound facetious, can you turn up the volume?
If I recall correctly (maybe mistaken) if you turn up the volume control while there are no voice commands it will just turn up say, the radio volume. However, once the satnav 'speaks' if you then turn up the volume it will affect the sat nav volume. I may be wrong but it is definitely worth a try

As above, works like this on mine . 2021 model

As above, turn up the volume whilst a voice command is being given. You can either use the volume button on the steering wheel or the rotary switch on the centre console.
