Rubber seal around roof

We have a 2010 Viano factory fitted Marcedes camper van.

The rubber seal around the roof has come away. We were advised by Prestige Motor Services in Horndean that we need to get the replacement seal direct from Westfalia. Where do I go to get this? Has this happened to anyone else? And can I fit it myself, fairly easily, with sealant? thanks

Not sure westfalia deal direct with customers at all, you’ll probably have to go to Mercedes parts department in the first instance.
