Roof mounted solar panel vs Jackery combo

Hi Halsall, May I ask two questions? First, can you show a photo or let me know a specific location of getting the cable through the tailgate without being crushed? Second, regarding the infrared radiator, what is the wattage on its label and can you share the brand and model? Many thanks for your advice.
You can get flat MC4 cables for the purpose. Originally I planned to get a regular V-class and convert myself and was going to pass the cables from a roof mounted solar panel through the tilting side window. I'm not sure what I will do now I have a Marco Polo especially as I don't want to make holes but would like a fixed solar panel.

We currently either just put the cable to the left hand side at the bottom left corner of the tailgate. But more recently we have been going through the right hand (looking from the back of the van) rear vent window. The radiator was from Amazon, 55w, it heats the inside of the van to 22c in about 30 minutes. Outside temperature 7/8c, there are so many for sale on Amazon
