No, but we use one of these BougeRV New 3500BTU Portable Air Conditioner. It sits underneath the van at the side and I made a blanking plate for the sliding side window and the vent pipe goes through that into the van. It got the inside of the van down to 20c (2 hours running) which was a but cool. It has a substantial handle so just but a chain and padlock on it…

Thanks for this Halsall I will take a look.
What did you manufacture the blanking plate from ? I suppose it does not have to be full window size - just large enough to fit the adapter dimension with the window slid shut to suit ?

You can close the window really down, MDF material, big hole in the middle, spray painted gloss black. Two small screws on the inside and two string elastic bands to hold the plate in place. We also if we are not cooking in the van also site the aircon siting half inside (cold outlet), hot side outside. Again made a small horse shoe frame to close the gaps down, foam on the inside edge to seal it off, painted black again. See picture, the other one is in the van. Our daughter is using it. The flexible hose squashes down and the end piece comes off, very simple to store. Aircon unit sides in the back, again very compact and low energy consumption, i think its 400w…
