Rear seat not inclining after being in reclined position

I have a 2019 MP and one of the rear seats is only able to be inclined using the RESET procedure. So after having the seats in the flat bed layout, it takes me about 40 mins to incline the seat. The other seat works well. Has anyone had a similar experience? There is a control box within the seat with a Westfalia part no., but Mercedes do not recognise it because it’s not on their stock system. Mercedes have three controller box options but cannot match it to the Westfalia part. If I buy one and it isn’t right I have to pay 60% of unit cost. They are all expensive parts between - £500-£800!
If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful.

Same with my 2017 MP Roger, but I've not got as far as researching a fix for it. On mine it's the switch to the the sliding door side seat that just doesn't function to raise the seat from flat. The reset button is behind the rear seats on mine (so I guess probably same on yours). The good folks on here helped with photos so I could locate it. Not easily accessible when the seats are flat. My solution is to raise the kitchen side seat (that up/down button does work as intended) then reach over the remaining flat seat to press reset. A lot quicker than emptying the boot. Hope that works, I'll be very interested in knowing if you manage to find the part for a permanent fix.

We have had a couple of instances of needing to hit the reset button. In different places on some models but here’s location of ours
