Pop up roof and webasto problem.

Hi guys.

I'm struggling with a roof and webasto problem.
The roof do not want to go up, after pressing the button there is no reaction at all. Fluid level checked, no leakage.
Same problem with webasto, it shows only the first and the last line of the battery scale.
I was thinking that it could be a battery problem so bought a new one, same thing. No reaction.
I have connected the 230v cabel to charge it a bit. No reaction.
Do anybody know what is the problem with it?

I can’t be specific because I don’t know that vehicle but it may be worth checking the Eletrical connections for continuity - fuses and electrical connection blocks just to make sure you have power at the end points and switches.
