Here is mine, a 220D automatic in 'gris guijarro' (pebble grey) with the light yacht flooring, intelligent LED lights, parking and safety packages.

This is after fitting the synthetic leather seat covers (the originals are the standard gray ones). I'd say seat covers are essential from day one if you're going to use the vehicle as a camper! We got ours from a specialist artisan seat covers company in Vitoria, Spain, consisting of a pair of brothers who cut everything by hand. Highly recommended (most of their business is mail order). Just wipe down with a damp cloth every now and then.

And in its natural environment
The roof fabric is a two layer thing with a gray outside and a cream interior giving an airy feel. A front window option in the roof space would have been nice though.

We went for the opening upper tailgate option that has proved very useful so far, not just for various ventilation options but because it divides the boot space into two useable compartments. We didn't order the table and chairs as they take up much of the lower boot space.
This is my daily driver and achieves really excellent fuel consumption figures, at least according to the vehicle itself (e.g. 6.7l/100 at a steady 120 km/h and even better on 100 km/h A road driving, getting around 5.2-5.6l/100). The other thing that has impressed me a lot is how quiet it is even at speed. The automatic is a superb driver and has the possibility of 3 modes: comfort, ecological and sporting, which essentially just define how early or late it changes gear.
So far, nearly 7000km in, I couldn't be happier with the Marco Polo. This includes a sequence of 16 consecutive nights using it mainly off-grid (away from campsites) in Scotland, cooking every day, trailing mud in from the mountains, etc. The van is really easy to keep clean, helped enormously by the smooth flooring. One thing I wish I'd done at the outset was to cover the kitchen surfaces as they are easily scratched.
