I hope that I'm not making the wrong assumption but I see from your pictures that the bed is hooked up when in the roof down position. I also did that initially but having read the user manual it suggests not having he bed hooked up when raising or lowering the roof as it puts undue strain on the motors.

I normally raise the roof without the bed hooked up its just i was loading up the vehicle ready for the my European trip and that is how it was left last of all and many neighbors asking to have a look around it.

Lol no just Paracetamol as had toothache for a few days
