Marco Polo Fridge function

Hi
Just wondered if anyone could help regarding the Marco Polo fridge as it does not appear to be that cold despite having it set to maximum . Does anyone know what temperature it should reach as l did see on here that some of the fridges freeze which is certainly not the case for us .

setting 5 ought to be around -15c.

Just make sure the sensor inside is clear of any blockages such as plastic wrapping or tins etc...in normal use setting 3 or 4 is usually enough for roughly 4° celsius (depending on the overall van temp)

There have been fridge issue reported (some require sensor replacement) but they should be covered under warranty if you are still in warranty?

thank you so much l will check the sensor . The fridge definitely doesn’t get as cold as -15 .
