Leisure battery doesn’t charge

Dear all,

There’s a issue that I currently experiencing as below.

I need your suggestions.
Thank you.

During driving, the Voltage rising and it will charging of the leisure battery.
Everything is good.
But after we connect the power supply.
The battery Voltage stop to rise and drop slowly.



During this situation, the bar graph flashes on the display.
But it doesn’t charge the battery at that time.

I look at the charger under the refrigerator.
When the switch turn on.
It will show the Orange light.
About 5-10 seconds, turn to red.

I don't *think* the voltage shows properly when on mains charging, just on alternator charging.
