What is best way to get in top bed
Do you use some form of ladder

Just use the front seats when they are rotated to give a step up. Don’t step on the arm rest though.

Without a ladder the only place you are 'allowed' to stand is the side bolster of the seat - see manual. Do not stand in the centre or on the arm rest.
