Kitchen water tap sometimes stops pumping. Strange solution.

Our kitchen water tap sometimes stops pumping. Its works again after I start the car system with the car key and leave it on for only a few seconds. Very strange since the pump should work on the leisure battery which is 100% and connected to 220v. Any ideas on what's going on here?

Forgot to mention it is a v class mp 2013.

We have the same happen sometimes, no idea why, haven't monitored to work out when it happens as solution is easy! Not even a few seconds, just turn key on and off. We have 2021 V300d AMG.

Or open and close a door, I just found out.

We have had the same problem with the tap. We believe it’s a faulty electrical connection under the sink. We open the bottom drawer and tap the sink underneath to fix. Starting the engine and opening/closing the door is probably enough vibration to make the connection.

In my case I do not think the problem is mechanical. An electric signal via the doorlock or the car key seems to trigger the tap to start working. Even crazier: a few days ago I heard a sound coming from below the touchpad, like a hard drive running or a small ventilator, still running hours after we drove the car. After opening and closing the tap (it worked) the sound reduced. Opening and closing it once again made the sound stop altogether. It seems as if two systems, car and camper, interfere in strange ways.

im pretty sure....its the mbac version.... i got a new radio last year and havent had this issue since....the old one did.

maybe,,,,,who knows, i got last years edition. if it does it again this summer il let uno,,, just dont change all kinda stuff....could be wasted,,, D this error a lot of users has it.... so its probably software.
