I have just had a Planar 2kw heater fitted, when I collected the van they said they were unable to fit the heater unit outside as they usually would due to the amount of pipes etc, they said it was a difficult install and charged me extra which I wasnt too worried about. When I switched it on my wife said there is no way we will sleep with that on and I agree. Basically the black box which I assume has the fan motor in it is under the passenger seat inside the cab. One issue is the noise and secondly is it safe to have this inside.
I am pretty sure it isn't fitted correctly, please can anyone help?
