HELP NEEDED PLEASE

The computer/display unit in the centre console is reading that my fresh water tank has two bars of water in it and the waste water tank is empty. Yet I can not get any water from the sink tap. The water pump/meter is trying to pump water. ??? P.S I have since filled the tank via hose pipe for about three minutes and still the measurement hasn't moved from two bars. Help Please.

Sounds like an air lock you need to find the water pump and try to take the outlet pipe off , don’t know where it is or if you can get the hose off hope this helps a little

I think you could be right Lizziken as the little water that came out the tap was spluttering. Problem is I can't get the white screw top off the tank, I think someone has over tightened it.
