Heater control question.

This control, not sure what it’s supposed to do but it’s never worked. Turn it on and the light comes on and after about 15s it turns off..
Amy ideas? Is it faulty?

Just had a look...
When you press it you have a few seconds to adjust the rear compartment air con - fan speed, temperature etc. If you don't adjust anything it reverts back after a number of seconds.
I don't have Command, but on the screen you can see the controls with the screen turned on, e.g. radio, or off
I think yours is working as expected

I've got the tempmatic, don't know why as it was a free option? Works well enough though but we don't have the auto button, just the A/C button and one hot/cold button. Only slight positive for us is no plastic vents in the back by the lights, it has quite clean lines. The cabin heats up well with the night water heater from floor level. Ours was pre specified so no choice and would not have moved to tempmatic by choice. Still don't know why someone went out of their way to change it.
