Embargo lifted!!

Hi everyone,

I have just had confirmation from Mercedes Benz that the embargo has been lifted with immediate effect as of this morning.

Hopefully all you guys with orders on hold or looking to buy will now be better placed to take delivery soon/source one.

Thank you so much for keeping us updated Andrew. Much appreciated that I could give my dealer information that they couldn't get!

He phoned yesterday to tell me he was hoping for an urgent update and would be back in touch today. I wonder if he knew but wanted to make it seem as though it was more down to them?

Fingers crossed. I've only been waiting since the order was placed on 23rd Feb!!!

Not exactly the weather to get away now, and it would have made a difference to my trip to Italy, but at least I will have it for use at the drop of a hat and all this nonsense will soon be forgotten.
