Electric Hook Up Not Working - Help Please

Hi.
Our Mercedes Marco Polo electric hook up isn't working. It used to work but not tried it since we had solar panels (professionally) fitted. Has anyone got any ideas what it might be please as this could be a nightmare for us on our travels!

May seem obvious but have you checked the master switch? May have been switched off during solar installation perhaps. Also check the fuses under the passenger seat

On the mains circuit breaker UP is on. The test button can easily get knocked which turns it off.
