Control Panel Showing Warning Triangle

hello everyone,
got my MP back from dealer after much work and now control panel is not working.
display shows a warning triangle/outside temp/battery voltage and fridge cooling level.
when I rotate wheel to access the menus I get the correct options but cannot select as pressing
the centre of the control has no effect.
This means I am unable to identify the fault generating the warning triangle or any other function of he control
wheel.
Anyone able to help or had similar experience?

The warning triangle disappeared when water was added however the control panel still does not allow access to the menus using the button. I pulled the fuse and re inserted but still no luck, awaiting the dealer discussion tomorrow, starting to get concerned this vehicle is not worth the hassle.
