Carpet glued to floor

Hi, it’s my first time on here as we’re looking to buy a MP. I’ve seen a really nice one at a MB dealer but some numpty has glued carpet to the floor. Do you think it is best avoided or is it likely to be salvageable?The dealer won’t move on the price (£55k for a 2018 with kitchen) as they reckon there has been loads of interest.

Hi and welcome Dan.
That sounds an odd situation. Personally I'd answer yes to both of your questions... Best avoided, but likely salvageable! Unless you have a particular reason (eg ideal spec, you feel this is a great price, you are remote and there's little choice....) to choose this one I'd keep looking for your perfect MP. There are quite a few out there at the moment I think.

Not surprised about the dealer not moving on the price - they all seem to have forgotten that buyers do expect to negotiate...
