CarFest North 2017

I managed to get weekend camping tickets and a camper van permit with electric hook up for CarFest North today. Anybody been before and got any tips on what to expect, what to take etc.?

So, all I need now is an actual MP to go in....

Well done Roy. We didn't manage to get tickets for car fest South this year which was v disappointing. Have only done day tickets before but have really enjoyed it. In fact it was there that we saw the mp last year. Lots of food vans but longish queues. Toilet facilities were great. Portable seats or a nice rug for when watching the bands or racing. Really hot last year and in queue to get in (obviously diff for camping) one young lad fainted from the heat. May not be the same up North but bottled water was worth it.
