Auxiliary Battery malfunction message

Anyone dealt with Auxiliary Battery malfunction message coming up on screen

Yes I have. I removed the battery, tested it and found. 10 ish volts, so I replaced it with a new and genuine one and…. the message is still there.

I have an idea the error message may need to be reset, so leaving it until the next service. Nothing untoward seems to be happening so not worried.
