Apple CarPlay retro fit?

Please can I ask if any one has had CarPlay retrofitted to their MarcoPolo? I have a 2018 version which would benefit from updating from the current system. Any recommendations for unit or fitting providers?

Their offer is a linux screen with Car Play installed £299 using all the standard features you currently have including rearview camera.
