Anyone in the south with a 2019 Marco Polo/Horizon with a Command Satnav?

Is there anyone in the South of England with a 2019 (or thereabouts) Marco Polo/Horizon with a COMMAND Satnav system?

I have an ongoing issue with missing satnav announcements.

In order to progress this further I need to compare with another vehicle to show if the fault is specific to my vehicle or whether they are all the same.

I am presently holidaying in France (not quite lost but no thanks to the satnav ) but I could drop by in a few weeks time on my way back to take a couple of videos if you have a similar vehicle.

Sorry I haven responded sooner, I have been without internet for a few days.
When I get back to UK at the end of the month I will message you to make contact
