Ad blu warning sign comes on early

I’ve noticed that the adblu warning light is very enthusiastic, and puts in an appearance when the graphic shows there is still half a tank left. Better than coming on too late but it does seem a bit over cautious….
Anyone else seen this?

Yes we had the same when we first picked the van up from Mercedes they said you will not have to fill it up between services but we did ,when that
first happened I didn’t know you could see how much was in the tank

Yes this happens to us as well, on both occasions of the two last times it happened on our first day of a two week holiday! You can ignore it for a while but the annoying beep signal soon gets the better of me...I now carry a 1ltr adblue top up just incase.

I made the mistake last time of filling without watching the quantity, a bit of cleaning up to do as it overfilled and went everywhere including over me!
