2021 model Aux Heater issue

Hi can anyone help - we’re in the van and it’s 3 degrees and the following error comes up when trying to activate the heating both through the car screen and on the app - thanks (see image)

Obvious but have you ensured that all the vents around the base of passenger seat are clear? It could be overheating if it was working previously.
