The remote for the Diesel Heater on my 2018 MP has never operated the system - Has anyone else had this issue and is there a simple method to resolve? - Appreciate any advice

I don't have the system but I have a vague memory of being able to "pair" the remote with the system.
Have you downloaded the MP guide from the MB App Store? it is a handy tool.

Thanks for the feedback - I didn't see it when I looked for it before but I never considered pairing - I will have a more detailed look soon and post any update info

I found this on the guide..no info about pairing, must be a mid-senior moment.
