Hi, has anyone had experience replacing the rear window in the MB? auto glass can’t seem to find one and I haven’t ask mercedes for a price yet

Bike rack has snapped into the back window. Just taken it in and they said it will be back end of January to get a replacement

What was the make of bike rack?
Might be worth a complaint to the manufacturer. I bet their small print will say they are not liable for consequential damage but you might get a replacement rack out of them.
