Is it possible to put a 4 way 230v extension lead into the plug socket behind the passenger seat WHILST ON HOOK-UP at a sight and run 4 different appliances

I use an extension lead in ours. Try to avoid having high powered stuff running at the same
Time but definitely had a few phone chargers and a toaster.
