Just to update… have now sold and pleased with what we achieved. Thank you everyone for your guidance. Hi everyone …what are people’s experiences of selling their Marco Polo. I am needing to sell for health reasons have been to local Mercedes dealer and to be honest I was quite insulted by what they offered. Now looking to sell privately and where to advertise advise would greatly appreciated. I can very wary of being scammed. Thank you in advance

Hi, I haven’t tried selling our van, but would wonder whether it might be worth asking more than one dealer, as have heard reports of MPs having a good buy back value.

We bought our van second hand from a guy who acted as a middle agent for private sellers. If we were to sell , I might consider going down that route.

I used a broker to sell mine (also listed it on here, but no takers). They came and took all the photos/videos and marketed it on their national website. Took the stress out of it (they handled the potential buyers and viewings) and sold for more than trade in even with their commission. Thanks, Mat.

We used an auction company to sell a Mercedes GWagen “Collectingcars.com. “
They were great. I’ve seen Marco Polo’s sell there too. Try Oliver Karam mention me. 02081372572.
No cost to you as the buyer pays premiums.
You can agree estimated sale value and a reserve. As auction closes you have option to lift reserve to promote activity. Also you can pay a managed sale package with one of there partners who do all vehicle preparation and all the photos and handle the questions. (Typically extra £500).
