MBAC Not Responding

The MBAC "button" on the screen of our 2022 Marco Polo is not opening the MBAC menu. It either has no response or shows a blank screen. Also the phone no longer finds and opens the MBAC options (it finds the vehicle). So we cannot control the fridge, roof, heater, lights.

Anyone come across this before and any ideas how to fix it? Booked to go to the local dealer but 13 June was the earliest they can offer?

Yes we had same problem. Took mb long time to sort but basically it requires a replacement mbac module. This togethercwith software upgrade. Took us 4 months to get replacement part under warranty.

Thank you. Did that mean you couldn’t raise the roof, use the fridge etc for four months?

Yes. MB had problem sourcing the module from Germany works ok now but MB were pretty awful.

Did you get a fix for this because the exact same thing has happened to me after returning from a weekend away. No access to the MBAC display and none of the MP functions (lights fridge roof etc) work
