What comes as standard

Picking up the new MP. Could someone let me know what things should come as standard. Does the following come as standard on delivery?

Gas Regulator (or does that come from the Camping shop when you first buy a cylinder)

The wedge that fixes the gas cylinder in place

The shower head attachment

If readers of this post could tell me what theirs shipped with.

gas regulator you have to buy, wedge comes with van.
Shower head you have to buy, approx £50
Shipped with beige black out curtains for front windows, lashings that fix to the seat rails so that you can tie down loads, tool box, first aid box

Mine came with gas regulator, just needed to buy 907 gas bottle.
