What are these?

Can someone tell me what are these things for?
They came in the kit that comes with the MP. There are 4 of those with the metal ring and one of the one that looks like a handle of sorts.

the first item can clip in the floor rail use as an anchor to strap goods.
second item is to change the stopper position in the floor rail.
