Water pump

Hi all
It looks as though we’ve fallen victim to a burnt water pump / tank full, fuse good, click from the tap upon activation but no water...
We’ve been packing ready for it to head off tomorrow but I’ve had a brief look and wasn’t able to spot it - does anyone know where it is located / how easy it is to swap out?

When turn the tap on can you hear noise from the pump ? If not , check the fuse , located under the wardrobe, second from the rear.
