Upgrade audio

Hi !
My MP has this audio.


I like to upgrade to a bigger screen and touchscreen. But I don't want to loose the funktions on stearingwheel.
Wich one can be used, and where to buy it ?

I have the same audio and it wasn’t working , i was considering an Android based 2 din unit, there are terminal plugs (after you remove the unit) for camera, steering wheel, you shouldn’t lose functions. But in my case I didn’t replace it in the end as someone fixed my existing one
