Unable to fill water tank

Hi,
when filling the water tank from outside the vehicle, are you suppose to open something before? I just get it to spill over, and have filled directly on the tank instead.

it is a 2005. I have seen that the drain pipe is a bit narrow in a bend. Causing it to drain very slow if that could effect this.

Try leaving the sink tap open.

Hi Jonas , did you get a solution for that ? It’s happening the same with our 2011 viano and the only way not to spill is to open the water tank from the inside ..

I use a 'blue hose' (water type) but turn the tap supply down slowly, Seems to stop it pouring out
