Our 2022 MP with Mercedes factory fitted tow ball and electrics gives random alarm messages about lights not working when I attach my MFT BackBox. Its been at the dealership for four days now. They too accept the problem and can reproduce it with a test trailer electric board they use. They have replaced a trailer control panel in the rear, having initially thought that was the issue. The problem persists. The BackBox electrics work perfectly on another vehicle.
Anyone had similar issues, and more importantly, have a solution?
