Roof stuck closed...

Anyone had this before? Roof seems stuck in the closed position.

Tried many times and no joy. It looks like the control panel goes blank but that's just the camera.

About half full according to the display. :-(

When we picked our mp up the valeting guys left the kitchen lights on and their wasn’t enough power to shut the roof the garage ran the van for about 15 minutes so the battery was about 12% power showing

Low battery or try resetting the panel-I’ve had to do this with mine once as it confused itself and some of the functions were not working as they should-all okay after.

Battery is fìne, it's plugged in.

It's a mechanical issue as you can hear it try to open and then give up.

Left it all day, it opened perfectly this afternoon (i.e. once warm). Might need a bit of adjustment I guess!

Agree possible low battery (especially as the electric jacks start then stop) but out of interest how do you reset the panel?

I had this when away recently. In my case I had pressed the operating button several times in quick succession (wife harassment ). After 5 attempts you cannot operate the roof for 10 minutes (I think). Left it for a while and then everything ok.
