Rear cooling fan.

Evening all. I have recently noticed a fan running in the rear of the wardrobe area on my 2021 MP, in the area of the clean water storage tank. I assume it is to cool the area under the fridge where all of the electrical connections are. It only runs when the ignition is on and is quite loud so you can’t miss it. I never used to notice this fan in the two years we have owned the van. Does anybody else notice this? I’m wondering if it is connected via a thermostat that switches it on if the area is too warm, and the thermostat has failed.

The sink tap in the on position and the pump running empty can sound like that?

Thanks for your suggestion but this is definitely the fan shown in the picture, above the top of the gas bottle store. It just seems to be running much more often than it used to.
