Pop up roof won't open

Hi hope someone can help. I was camping at the weekend and tried to put my roof up and it wouldn't open. we stayed the weekend trying on regular occasions to open it with no luck. We came home last night and this morning the roof opened as normal. Any ideas please!!

Its usually battery related but if you were on EHU then it wouldn't be.
