Pop-up roof opening problem

Hello!
I have 2005 Marco Polo with electric rooftop opening. For some reason I can’t open the roof. When I push the right button with the upper arrow nothing happens. Any ideas?

Have you put the ignition key in and turned it to position 2? You need to do this before opening the roof
