NEW OWNERS NEEDING HELP WITH MARCO POLO

Hi, we received our lovely camper van a month ago, and even though we've avidly read the manual, we can't work out how to get the pop up roof up. The electric button won't work and we can't find a lever to do it manually. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE????

Try it with the engine running or ignition in 2nd position.

You have to have key in position 2. This is in the manual.
Then press button in centre console until open
