My Heath Robinson aux air heater vent for upper cabin

It's not pretty but it is a short-term fix. Rectangular section collapsible ducting, cable-tied onto the vents. It allows some air into the main cabin and some gets to the upper cabin. I need to play with it to get more upstairs and less down...

If anyone has a better solution, please let me know! It may be that the Rainbow Cover on order negates the need for this...

This sort of baffles me, heat rises so I would have thought all the heat would eventually end up up there anyway. I can understand it cooling more easily under the winter night sky but for that to completely disregard thermo dynamics is rather scary. If the topper fails to help you might need to get a priest to perform a exorcism lol.

I agree and I doubted my children saying they were freezing... Until I swapped with one of them. It was roasting downstairs and freezing up. Strange forces are at work. If it helps, I did see some birds flying backwards.
