Loud droning noise at low revs under floor on passenger side

VERY loud droning noise when engine between 1000 - 2000 rpm. Possibly something loose? Anything encountered this and figured it out. It’s not the exhaust as wrong side. If you had this noise you will know exactly what I mean and you will have had it fixed. Appreciate any advice as currently on tour with the van.

Probably not your problem but worth checking; if the gas cylinder cover or the lower wardrobe shelf is not properly secured, ot can sound as though the exhaust is dropping off. I keep a few small bottles of toilet liquid unter in a polyhene bag under there which doesnt help. Had me looking around for ages the first time, but now if it occurs, I wait unil I stop and have a tidy up.

Thanks - wrong end of the van. This noise is under the passenger seat / sink ish area.

Check the cutlery! Objects can slip down behind the drawers between the kitchen unit and resonate on the bodywork. Good luck!
