I have a 2018 Marco that has solar panels fitted. I have recently noticed that the voltmeter reading is varying whilst the vehicle is driving. The voltage varies from the usual 14.8 charging voltage to 12.5 volts. The leisure battery starts off fully charged due to the solar panels but looses 2 bars on the voltage indicator after a drive.
My first thought is to change the vehicle battery (6 years old) but should I be worried about another issue.
What are peoples thoughts?
